About Quixotic Pictures
'Quixotic Pictures' is the digital video production arm of the non-profit organization 'Quixotic Productions.'
Quixotic Productions was founded in 1998 by William Most and Nathan Kitada, and is the organization responsible for the 'La Mancha Film Festival.' La Mancha is an event for young filmmakers run entirely by their high school peers that takes place every May in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently entering its 8th year, the La Mancha Film Festival has consistently drawn a crowd of hundreds to the Menlo Park Recreational Center, and has been the subject of feature stories in the 'San Jose Mercury News' and the 'Menlo Park Almanac.'
Quixotic Pictures was started in 2001 when Nathan Kitada entered Yale University. The student film production company has since produced an extensive number of fun, entertaining movies that utilize student talent and passion, such as 'Unorthodox,' 'The Line,' and 'Sanguinarius.'
